Nirgandh in collaboration with Aasra has installed its systems at 2 different schools in Dehradun district. These schools are for under privileged children and one of them is a day boarding. The children have also used the output water for horticulture and grown some plants and vines of grapes.
Nirgandh in collaboration with Jatan Construction – as part of their CSR initiative has installed 3 toilets for students in this 110 year old school. Currently there are 150 students in the school.
Sarthak Prayas an NGO in Gurugram Haryana has funded the installation of toilets at two schools. There are existing sanitation facilities in both schools. However when the facilities had to be increased because the number of students was increasing, the decision makers chose to use the new and sustainable technology for safe sanitation.
In the trying and challenging times of the pandemic, Nirgandh in collaboration with UNICEF, LIXIL and BMC designed mobile installations for the COVID warriors in Mumbai. The objective of the project was to provide access to safe sanitation to the people who were in the fore front, fighting the battle against the virus.
We believe in providing technology driven affordable sanitation products and services to help stop open defecation, Conserve Water Resources and Reduce/Stop Water Resource Contamination and Stop Manual Scavenging.
